Message dated and received March 19 was read, stating the Governor             
signed the following bill and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled           
copies to the Lieutenant Governors Office for permanent filing:                
                                                                               
SENATE BILL NO. 12 An Act classifying                                         
anadromous streams and tributaries; relating to the                            
designation of riparian areas; establishing buffers on                         
certain streams and relating to slope stability                                
standards on certain streams; and requiring retention                          
of low value timber along certain water bodies
